It’s better to be safe than sorry. And if someone else has access to your Facebook account, you’ll be saying "sorry" to a lot of annoyed FB Friends.
If there is ever a doubt of fishy (or phishy) activity which can include updates you never made, sending links, pictures or videos to people you never sent, or liking statements, pages or websites you never liked...CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD.
In fact, some privacy and security experts encourage people to change their password on a regular basis. This is so you can stay on the "safe" side of things.
So here’s how easy it is to change your password.
Click on the Account link from the Home or Profile Page. When the drop box appears, choose the Account Settings link.

In the Settings tab on the My Account page, click on change next to the Password category.

The form appears to change your password. Once you have typed in the old and new passwords (and retyped the new password), you must push the Change Password button.
